Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has put out a transfer update that wont convince Chelsea fans right now. Things are toxic and turmoil at this club, and despite the little pick me up of being able to hire new manager Xabi Alonso, Chelsea fans will not be feeling too positive this weekend after watching their club finish an embarrassing 10th place in the Premier League after what has been another terrible season for them.
